A mixed development of twelve 2-bedroom apartments and three 2-bedroom houses.  Scheduled to be completed in February 2008 and main contractor for the scheme is Mansells.

Westoe Crown Village Phases 3, 4 & 5, South Shields
Phase 3 consists of eight 2-bedroom houses for mainstream rent and are scheduled to be completed in September 2007. Phase 4 includes a mix of five 2-bedroom bungalows for mainstream rent and are scheduled to be completed in December 2007. Phase 5 is a mix of five 2-bedroom bungalows for mainstream rent and are scheduled to be completed in March 2008.

Mickleton
Nine 2 & 3 bedroom homes - seven units for rent and two for equity purchase. Scheduled to be completed in February 2007 and the developer is B & I Thompson.
